Project Overview: Freshwater perch aquaculture, a single pond water volume of 50m³, the project site has more than 3,000 breeding ponds, most of which are circulating water pure oxygen high-density culture, breeding density of 50kg/m³.
Usage: 1 set of 3.7kw Zhuhong® Yuan Bubble® submerged equipment for every 8 ponds in the recirculation system.
Project Conclusion: The project requires the dissolved oxygen to reach 11mg/L, after using the nano bubble generator, the dissolved oxygen at the outlet reaches 13.8mg/L. While meeting the customer's target of dissolved oxygen, the nano bubble generator consumes only 14.28% of the energy of the oxygen cone, which saves the customer 85.72% of the operation cost.
